Who We Are
Family-Owned, Est. 2019
Dos Banderas (which translates to “two flags”) Property Maintenance is a family-owned and operated business specializing in property maintenance and landscape design and installation. We are bilingual, bicultural, and customer experience is our priority.
Jose and Lisa met in 2005 while Lisa was studying abroad in Costa Rica. In 2008, Jose made the move to the United States where he worked in industrial maintenance for more than a decade. Jose is here to help! He has extensive knowledge of both preventative and routine maintenance. He loves to problem solve and help homeowners better understand their property, the local environment, and how to keep everything in good working order.
Lisa was born and raised in southwest lower Michigan but has traveled to and lived in Costa Rica for decades. Initially her career path started in education. After receiving her master’s degree, she transitioned into Human Resources and was internationally certified by SHRM. Lisa will always be your first point of contact when you are reaching out to the company. She performs administrative duties and gets to bring out her creative side when helping clients design their piece of paradise.
